Progressive Development
The Next Step in Their Swim Journey
Once your child has mastered survival swim skills, they're ready to become true swimmers. Our Progressive Development program builds on their foundation, teaching proper stroke technique, underwater skills, and the confidence to swim independently.

What Makes Us Different
Stroke Development Without Sacrificing Safety
Many swim programs make a critical mistake: when teaching stroke technique, they provide too much support—holding children up, using excessive flotation devices, or allowing them to touch the wall constantly. While this may speed up stroke learning, it puts their hard-earned self-rescue abilities on extinction, increasing their risk of drowning.
Our approach is different. We refine stroke technique while actively reinforcing lifesaving skills in every single lesson. Your child will never lose their ability to self-rescue just because they're learning the breaststroke.
This means every lesson includes both stroke advancement and survival skill maintenance—ensuring your child becomes a stronger, more skilled swimmer without compromising the safety foundation that could one day save their life.
Our Safety-First Approach
- Minimal support during stroke practice to maintain independence
- Self-rescue drills integrated into every lesson
- No over-reliance on flotation devices or walls
- Roll-to-float recovery practiced with each new skill
- Technique advancement at your child's safe pace
Program Prerequisites
- Completion of Survival Swim program or equivalent skills
